BIOGRAPHY

Haitham Shomali, (born October 22, 1986) is a Palestinian, and an acclaimed singer, songwriter, composer, Music Arranger. Privy to a musical family, all the instruments in the house helped Haitham to excel at his talent. He learned and became proficient at a total of 16 instruments, At the age of 9 his father took him to Egypt and produced an album for Haitham called," Markeb Waraa." In 2005, Haitham competed and was chosen to join one of the most famous programs in the Middle East, Superstar now Arab Idol, the equivalent to, American Idol.In 2007, Haitham released his first single, titled "Sho Emelte Fee," (What Have You Done to Me). From there haitham started his Successful Career.

In 2008, Haitham sang on a movie soundtrack sponsored by Pepsi titled "Baher El Nojoom". This soundtrack included his second successful song titled, "Tlatee Mnaen" (Where Did You Come From). In that same album, he composed “Shu Mbakiki” (What Made You Cry) for the famous Lebanese singer Wael Kfouri. This led to compositions of many other songs for singers throughout the Middle East including the song “Ma Bdaa Tooul,” for the artist Ayman Zbib in 2009. 

 

Haitham composed and released his third single in the year 2010 called, "Shu Sayer" (What's Happened). The arrangement for this song was done by the artist Michael Fadel.

 

Haitham’s first album "Jowa El Alb" (Inside the Heart) was released in 2012. It contained eleven songs, all of which were composed and arranged by him. Some of the most popular songs from that album are, "Enta Habibi" (You Are My Love), "Ya Helweh" (Hey Beautiful), and "Sayer Hanoon" (You have Become Emotional).

 

 

In November 2013, Haitham was voted most talented artist with the best album for 2012 and received the Golden Mosaic Award. Shortly after that, Haitham and four other Palestinian singers collaborated and created the hit single and music video titled “Kol Yom Jdeed,” for the telecommunications provider Jawwal, which later made headlines. Haitham won the "Excellence in Arts" award in Washington DC at the 25th annual ADC convention.

 

The following year proved to be an even more successful year for Haitham when he and a group of veteran Palestinian artists completed a patriotic song dedicated to the city of Gaza in Palestine titled, "Operate Gaza.” They received a great deal of recognition and appreciation from media all over the Middle East. His first tour in the states took place in the fall of 2014 and included Indianapolis, Chicago, and Detroit. In 2015, Haitham decided to compose and dedicate a song to his mother for Mothers Day. This single, ya eme ya hanouni, was favored amongst many mothers through out the middle east. 

 

The realease of his hit song “Aghla El Ahbab” at the end 2016 became a quick favorite for many fans. Haitham started 2017 off with a surprise live performance of the song Sharebne Ahwe for his fans and audience at a Valentine's Day Party in Nazareth. It was written by Fadi Ghantous, which is a good friend of Haitham's, and composed by the artist himself. On May 8th, a friend of Haitham's sent him a Saint Charbel prayer card. St Charbel is a very well known Saint from Lebanon that has performed, and continues to perform, many miracles. The words on the prayer card touched Haitham's heart and inspired him to compose a hymn out of them. This was released within a couple of days for fans all over to listen to.

 

in 2017 haitham Released Wallah Lankayef, meaning "let's have a blast," was released on September 10th. The song was written, composed, and arranged all by Haitham. The music video was shot in Kiev, Ukraine with the well known director Ziad Khouri.

IN August 2018 Haitham released a new Version of his old Song Sayer Hanun and added a part for a Palestinian rapper (Tamer Nafar) with him and named it  (Solo) and it made a New Big Hit for haitham and it became a very popular Song all over the middle east and it reached more than 12 Millions Views on Youtube.
